HCM Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, etc.) Support rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and integration with other applications Configure and manage SAP BIB for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration. Handle bidirectional interfaces for data replication and migration between SF and HCM. Create mapping sheets and develop logic for integration scenarios. Work with ABAP developers and functional teams for end-to-end delivery. Understand Employee Central (EC) and related prerequisites for integration. Provide guidance on configuration and functional aspects of HCM and SF. Work on idocs related replication issues
