JD SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting: Lead – SAP SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding (ONB) Role Summary Lead and SME owning end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Accountable for delivery governance, integrations, administration oversight, and security/compliance. Not realtime hands-on configuration expected. It’s a rollout project with Remediation changes – not a greenfield project Key Responsibilities Lead and own delivery for SuccessFactors RCM & ONB programs Act as senior SME for hire-to-onboard processes Govern SuccessFactors → non-SuccessFactors cloud and legacy integrations Oversee administration, environments, releases, and RBP security Lead stakeholders and system integrators across HR and IT from SLB side while the SI partner does the rollout and remediation Required Experience experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM & ONB and EC understanding ( atleast data portlets enterprise structure and EC RCM / ONB common objects) Proven lead-level ownership of enterprise HR technology delivery integration and governance background Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and decision-making skills
